I called Dr.Xenakis' office on 3/22/10, the day after my last complaint.

I then demanded a refund. I was told I would be called back after awhile, and I was. I was issued a refund for the amount of my denture and reline on 3/23/10. I was surprised and felt somewhat vindicated, however, there was never an apology for being stretched out for 17 months only to never get a denture that even remotely fit.

I honestly believe she knew it would never work out as she had to take 3 molds at the beginning, and they were HUGE!Will move on now.
